UX Design Lead

We are seeking a talented and experienced Remote UX Design Lead to join our dynamic team and lead innovative user experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

1- Lead the UX design team in developing user-centered designs that align with client objectives and enhance user satisfaction.

2- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.

3- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to represent and test design concepts.

4- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

5- Mentor and guide junior designers to foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.

6- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in UX design.

7- Advocate for user needs and the highest design standards throughout the product development process.

Qualifications :

1- Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2- 5+ years of professional experience in UX design, with a solid portfolio showcasing previous projects and design processes.

3- Proven experience leading design teams remotely and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

4- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and best practices.

5- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar applications.

6- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas and concepts clearly.

7- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
