Key Responsibilities
Design, manage, analyze, and deliver research insights through various visualization methods
Partner with Sales to enhance client acquisition and retention, participating in meetings and presenting deliverables
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project objectives are met and customer service is maintained
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of market research experience in a client-facing role
Background in quantitative research and data analysis
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with SPSS is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Familiarity with leveraging AI tools and new technologies
