Job Description

Volt is hiring for a Project Manager for a company located in Miramar Ca.

As a Project Manager you will :

Lead infrastructure projects focused on semiconductor cleanroom facilities
Ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications
Design and manage installation of cleaning systems and contamination controls
Develop and implement processes to support operational readiness
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and EHS teams for regulatory compliance
Manage contractors, vendors, and third-party providers to meet timelines and budgets
Drive process improvements and maintain documentation for operational excellence
Establish risk management strategies and resolve issues to minimize disruptions
Prepare and present progress reports, financial updates, and performance metrics to executives

This is a F ull-Time Direct Hire opportunity

The ideal candidate will have :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (advanced degree a plus)

7–10 years of project management experience

3 years in semiconductor or cleanroom environments (preferred)

Skilled in full project delivery : planning, design, execution, and commissioning

Experienced in process design, material flow, and logistics operations

Knowledge of cleanroom systems : HVAC, filtration, airflow, and contamination control

PMP or similar project management certification (preferred)

Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and handle multiple priorities

Schedule : Monday-Friday 5am-1 : 30pm

Salary : $105,000 - $116,000

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
