Key Accountabilities

• Aggregate and clean commercial operations data from sources (ERP, CRM, POS, specs, region-level reports).
• Review existing promotional content for accuracy and effectiveness; under supervision, update or retire materials as needed.
• Understand what sales channels (manufacturers' reps, distributors, architects, engineers, end users) require to effectively sell smart / connected products.
• Use insights to design marketing campaigns; monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Assess and recommend pricing or product placement optimizations (e.g., opening new channels or better stocking).
• Collaborate on technical writing, video production, spec sheet development, and other product marketing projects, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Assist in maintaining data integrity through structured governance.
• Support trend analysis of market size, order drivers (price, commission, rebate), CRM funnel, and margin dynamics.
• Aid in creating market growth and commercial forecast models.
