The Director of Clinic Operations should have knowledge of all facets of medical practices. This individual is responsible for all aspects of the clinics in the absence of the Executive Director of Ambulatory Services. They must work in collaboration with clinic directors, physicians, mid-level providers, clinic staff and other departments to plan, direct, and evaluate the care provided to patients and their families. The Director of Clinic Operations is a seasoned professional who is highly motivated, well-organized, personable and efficient. Efficient in decision-making and must be able to react quickly to situations and resolve matters in a timely manner. This individual leads projects and process improvement efforts that impact all clinics, ensures regulatory compliance for the clinics, and must be willing to travel to all clinic locations as needed.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree required

3–5 years of clinical experience (preferred)

1–3 years of supervisor experience (preferred)
