Our client located in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Mainframe Developer to join their team. As a Mainframe Developer, you will be part of the IT department supporting multiple engineering teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem?solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Develop, maintain, and optimize mainframe applications supporting transaction processing.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams across 16 scrum teams in an Agile environment.
• Support the integration of AI tooling for user story refinement and API-level workflows.
• Ensure the stability and scalability of critical mainframe applications that support business operations.
• Contribute to modernization initiatives by leveraging mainframe technologies and AI concepts.
