Pay range for this position is $32.61 - $49.28 / hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an Hourly position.

This position has a night differential of $4.00 / hr and a weekend differential of $3.25 / hr.

Overview

Sign on Bonus eligible!

$15,000 for new grad RNs (internal and external)

$25,000 for RNs with 1+ years of RN experience (external only)

Generous PTO Plan

• Candidates with 5+ years of direct experience will receive a bonus of 24 hours of Vacation and Holiday time frontloaded on day 1. This is in addition to our generous PTO plan where you begin accrual on your first day.

POSITION SUMMARY :

Protects, promotes and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of the Registered Nurse licensure; collaborating with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum.

Assesses and supports physical symptoms, provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families, mentors assigned team members, promotes best practices, and maintains professional disposition at all times. The RN Hospital Inpatient / ED operates in units that provide 24 / 7 care in the hospital.
