Field IT Support Technician Information Technology Staunton, VA

Job Description :

As a Field IT Support Technician , you will perform onsite installation and maintenance support on a variety of computer equipment, printers, and specialized Key Control equipment. Each technician is provided with a company vehicle used for travel to customer sites. Your duties include maintaining an inventory of repair parts and documenting your work through our service tracking system.

Some of the hardware you will work with includes :

• Application Servers
• PCs
• Cabling
• Switches
• Printers
• Routers
• Fiber Converters
• Scanners

Training :

You will have an assigned territory and attend a paid training program in College Station, Texas. The training is primarily hands-on, familiarizing you with equipment at customer sites and teaching policies and procedures.
