Responsibilities Work in the Cardiac Cath Lab of a hospital setting 10-hour day shifts from 7 : 00am to 5 : 30pm Weekend rotation and both weekday and weekend on-call required Care for adult cardiac patient population, including diagnostic and interventional cases Utilizes advanced equipment such as Rotablator, IVUS, FFR, IABP, and Impella Epic EMR experience is required Responsibilities include assisting with cardiac interventions, monitoring patients during procedures, and performing all cath lab roles as needed Candidates must pass Tele / ECG and medication testing modules if assigned to Milton or Plymouth campuses COVID vaccine and booster, as well as flu vaccination, are required unless medically exempt Team-oriented environment with support from experienced cath lab professionals No local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius Parking fees may apply at certain locations Requirements Active MA RN license required at time of consideration Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA required Minimum 3-5 years of recent cardiac cath lab nursing experience Proficiency in diagnostic caths, interventions, hemodynamic monitoring, and assistive devices Experience in all cath lab roles including sedation, monitoring, circulating, and scrubbing highly preferred IABP and Impella experience required ECMO and EP Lab experience preferred Prior foundational ICU or ED experience preferred RCIS certification preferred Must be separated for at least 6 months from any previous employment with Beth Israel Lahey Health facilities Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-618295.
