Job descriptionA minimum of 1 years of experience as a Pastry Cook or Baker with a focus on Viennoiserie, lamination, dough proofing and bread making. Ability to measure, mix, and prepare ingredients in an accurate and precise manner. Experience with and knowledge of standard kitchen equipment, including electric mixer, oven, roller, cutter, and mold. Eagerness to learn and work with a strong team.
Affiliated with STARR Restaurants , Bread Alley is a retail shop where the public can purchase the beloved breads made fresh daily. Showcasing the magical marriage of heirloom whole wheat flour, a living levain starter, water, and a selective list of exceptional ingredients the breads are the perfect accompaniment to a cheese and charcuterie plate, for a splendid sandwich or served alongside a home-cooked meal.
The team is seeking a Croissant / Viennoiserie Maker !
