Real Estate Commercial Broker

We are seeking a Real Estate Commercial Broker to join our growing agency. This position requires someone who can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The job will focus on the retail leasing and sales, investment properties, and development opportunities side of our business.

This position is commission only, but you will get a steady flow of leads from our commercial division team. Compensation :

$125,000+ at plan yearly

Responsibilities :

• Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally
• Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client
• Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision
• Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth
• Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
