Summary :
PeoplesBank is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Software Solutions Associate to join our dynamic IT team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and improving business processes. You'll play a key role in supporting and administering a variety of enterprise applications-including Smartsheet, SurveyMonkey, Identifi, and DocuSign-used across the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
System Administration & Support :
Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and user support of Smartsheet, SurveyMonkey, Identifi, DocuSign, and other business tools.
Process Improvement & Automation
Project Management & Implementation :
Manage relationships and workload with offsite developer(s), track system changes to achieve business goals, eliminate security risks, increase user satisfaction and maintain operations and 3rd party systems.
Integration & Data Management :
Support integration of enterprise applications with third-party applications (e.g., digital banking, CRM, fraud detection).
Documentation & Compliance :
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, workflows and procedures.
Other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, finance or data / information sciences.
