Job Description

We are seeking an employee development specialist who will play a dual role at our Newark, CA corporate headquarters : hosting engaging new hire orientation sessions and serving as an instructional designer to develop impactful training content for lucid motors employees across north america.

Key Responsibilities

New Hire Orientation

• Plan, facilitate, and host welcoming and informative orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring a consistent and positive onboarding experience for those located in newark, ca and joining remotely from across north america.
• Align onboarding programs with the company's culture, values, and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with hr, hiring managers, and department leaders to tailor orientation content to meet departmental and organizational needs.
• Collect and analyze feedback from new employees and managers to continuously improve the onboarding process.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding content and messaging are unified and seamless globally.
• Deliver training on company policies, procedures, and key systems as part of the orientation process.
