Administrative Monument Coordinator
Location : Queen of Heaven Cemetery & Funeral Center - Lafayette, CA
Our Administrative Monument Coordinator is responsible for assisting Sales (Family Service Advisors) with the fulfillment and placement of a family's memorialization product - order, track, receive, inspect, administer, and report on all Memorialization contracts. As our Administrative Monument Coordinator, you will lead by example the CFCS' Core ValuesShare the Journey, Serve with Care, and Make It Happen in your interactions with families, staff, and vendors.

- 40hrs : Monday Friday

Responsibilities :
Performing day-to-day administrative duties as requiredAnswering phones and helping customers and vendorsAccurate data entry in multiple IT systems, including web-based programsCreate and maintain various Excel spreadsheets, keep accurate recordsReceive / prepare orders for monument engraving and installationReceive / prepare orders for crypt / niche door inscriptions, vases, emblems, and photoceramicsComplete work orders for the installation of the memorialVerify with the Family Environment Specialist on a date for completionNotify Family Service Advisors when installations are completePhotograph the memorialization and file it with the memorialization documentationQualifications :
1-3 years of experience in an administrative roleGood computer skillsGreat organizational skills and ability to multitaskCollege degree a plusInterest working in a Catholic environment, all backgrounds welcome to applyKnowledge of the Catholic faith, rituals, and traditionsUnderstanding the Order of Christian Funerals and "Family First" approachExperience with multiple purchase orders with multiple delivery timelinesUnderstanding of quality inspection and product specification verificationRequirements :
Valid Driver's LicenseVerify full payment is made for the memorialization before placing ordersPlace orders with vendor, maintain documentation and records managementPrepare and update Memorialization Tracking LogPerform tasks directed by the Location ManagerPositive and supportive attitude toward the Catholic ChurchPossess a high level of compassion, integrity, and professionalismMust be detail oriented and perform duties in a timely and accurate mannerGet to know us
