At East Cobb Center for Nursing and Healing , we’re looking for a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to lead our Dietary Department and ensure our residents receive delicious, nutritious meals that promote health, comfort, and joy.

What You’ll Do

Plan and deliver balanced, appetizing menus that meet residents’ nutritional needs.

Maintain full compliance with all federal, state, and local food safety and sanitation regulations (including ServSafe).

Conduct regular safety and sanitation inspections to ensure a clean and compliant kitchen.

Oversee food quality, presentation, and portion control.

Manage dietary inventory, budgeting, and vendor relationships efficiently.

Lead, inspire, and develop dietary staff to achieve excellence.

Support special facility events through catering and community engagement.

What We’re Looking For

Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) and ServSafe Certification (required)

Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and dietary regulations

Previous experience in healthcare or long-term care preferred

Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills

A positive, team-oriented attitude and passion for improving residents’ quality of life
