Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers for scheduling and surveys
Assist patients with benefits and insurance information
Enhance patients' healthcare experience through supportive interactions
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Strong computer experience, including data entry and Microsoft Outlook and Word
Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
Excellent demonstration of caring and compassion
Able to provide two monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
