The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing vendors, placing orders, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies. Key Responsibilities :

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery times
• Place purchase orders and track order status to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory
• Monitor stock levels and forecast demand to ensure adequate supply
• Work closely with production and warehouse teams to meet material needs
• Resolve issues related to delayed shipments or defective goods
• Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing and terms
• Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate vendor performance
