Job description

We are seeking a Customer Service Clerk to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Provide information about the products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
  • Prepare and handling day-to-day documents for delivery.
  • Coordinate and liaise with customers, forwarders & warehouse for shipment readiness and delivery schedules.
  • Work directly with customers to provide assistance and answer questions, and process orders.
  • Data Entry.
  • Scan all daily mail & Index.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Phone etiquette.
  • Essential Duties :

  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Must have transportation.
