Chestnut Hill of East Longmeadow has immediate openings for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) looking to work in our Long Term Care Facility in the Greater Springfield, MA area of East Longmeadow. Here at Chestnut Hill you are always essential. We are looking for motivated, creative and passionate nurses to join our team and help provide professional nursing care for our family of residents.

Shifts Available :

• Day (7a-3p), Evening (3p-11p) & Overnight (11p-7a)
• Weekday and Weekend shifts available
• 12 hour shifts available
