Human Resources - Summer Internship 2026
PACCAR has an exciting Human Resources summer internship opening at our PACCAR North Texas in Lewisville, TX! The selected candidate will work directly with Recruiting / HR professionals, gaining exposure and experience in multiple HR functions.
As a Recruiting / Human Resources Intern you will :
- Learn first-hand from top industry professionals
- Work directly with Managers and Senior Managers
- Develop mentoring relationships with HR leaders
- Gain valuable hands-on experience

The internship is scheduled to begin between May and June 2026.
Job Functions / Responsibilities :
Build and maintain HR metrics dashboard using Microsoft Power BI.Support recruiting efforts for a centralized recruiting team which may include scheduling interviews, tracking and monitoring applicant status in the recruiting system, onboarding, and more.Support organizational development, engagement, and performance management projects at PACCAR North Texas.Aid in coordinating and facilitating events for the summer 2026 internship program.Identify and coordinate special HR projects to further the goals of the organization; participate in planning, project development, and problem-solvingAssist with HR auditing and other duties as assigned.Qualifications / Skills :
HR-related coursework or internship experience is preferred but not required.Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects is desired.Education :
Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduation program, preferably sophomore, junior or senior standing
