About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing, fully independent SaaS company managing a portfolio of 10+ B2C digital products — with plans to launch up to 10 new products beyond MVP in 2025. They build, use, and scale their own products globally — no external clients, no investors, no startup risks.

The team includes 90+ remote professionals from 20+ countries across Europe and the Middle East.

About the Role :

We are seeking a hands-on Google Ads expert with a proven track record of rapidly and profitably scaling B2C performance campaigns. This role offers full ownership of multi-product, multi-country campaigns managing daily budgets exceeding €20K. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success running highly profitable ad campaigns for performance-driven SaaS products — particularly B2C subscription-based digital services that users sign up for online, often with free trials or low entry costs.

This is not a generic PPC Manager role. We want someone who :

Can build and run Google Ads accounts from scratch across different countries and languages.

Has managed high daily budgets — €20,000+ per product per day.

Understands how to get results — lowering CAC and increasing ROAS, not just spending budgets.

Knows Google Ads policies and compliance inside out, avoiding suspensions and disapprovals.

Has experience launching campaigns internationally in multiple languages and markets.

Thrives in fast-paced, fast-growing environments, rapidly scaling campaigns.

Must-Have Experience :

SaaS, digital services, or similar industries.

Handling Google Ads disapprovals, business verification, compliance issues.

Managing campaigns across multiple countries and languages.

Deep understanding of key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, ROI, payback period).

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns / accounts across multiple geographies, including account setup, campaign structure, and localization.

Ensure full compliance with Google Ads policies : ad content, landing page quality, business verification, data privacy, industry restrictions.

Proactively monitor account health to prevent suspensions and disapprovals.

Build and scale high-budget Google Search campaigns (€150k+ / day total) focused on ROI, CAC, and payback. Continuously optimize accounts to meet KPIs.

Conduct ongoing A / B tests on creatives, targeting, bidding, and strategies.

Collaborate with product teams to A / B test landing pages and features.

Analyze campaign data using Google Ads, GA4, Excel, and internal tools to generate insights and improve performance.

Establish scalable processes and documentation to support long-term growth and team expansion.

Ensure accurate campaign tracking implementation.

Work cross-functionally with product, localization, analytics, and creative teams to align campaigns with business goals and market compliance.

Candidate Requirements :

6+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on performance marketing.

Proven track record running Google Ads accounts in multiple countries and languages, with geo-specific compliance and localization expertise.

Deep knowledge of Google Ads policies, including disallowed content, restricted verticals, and compliance processes (business verification, identity checks, destination rules).

Experience managing large daily budgets (≥ €20k / day per product) and scaling ROI-positive campaigns.

Experience with B2C subscription funnels and short decision cycles.

Strong analytical skills and fluency with Google Ads, GA4, spreadsheets (Looker Studio, SQL, GTM knowledge a plus).

Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to foresee compliance risks before they arise.
