Our Guest Service team works across the facility, indoors and outdoors, assisting guests with resort information, ticket sales, retail sales, membership & reservation support, program knowledge, and industry insight. Daily, you will communicate with guests and members through various channels to navigate the Woodward experience and plan the perfect fun day. The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced environments, excellent verbal / written communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional guest service across multiple sales channels.
