Job description

A company is looking for an Office Coordinator in Maui.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients, manage incoming calls, and handle inquiries professionally

Process documentation such as new hire packets and benefits forms

Coordinate payroll distribution and oversee daily office functions

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in a client-facing or front office role in a high-volume environment

Strong administrative skills, including document processing and data entry

Ability to manage competing tasks with minimal supervision

Familiarity with basic HR functions such as onboarding or benefits administration (preferred)
