DUTIES :

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to aircraft performance, maintenance issues, and system malfunctions.
• Travel to domestic and international customer sites, including hangars, flight lines, and airbases.
• Guide and train customer maintenance personnel on correct repair procedures, upgrades, and inspections.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and technical support needs.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with pilots, ground crews, and engineering staff to resolve operational issues.
• Relay field data and customer feedback to engineering and product development teams to drive product improvements.
