RN Position – Spine / Ortho Post-Op

Shift & Scheduling :

No holiday requests off — must work holidays

Certifications Required :

ACLS (current)

BLS (current)

PALS (current)

TNCC (current)

Unrestricted Colorado RN License required

Experience :

Spine / Orthopedic Post-Op patient care experience

Strong emphasis on Med / Surg experience

Patient Ratio :

1 nurse to 5 patients

COVID-19 :

COVID vaccinations required as per state mandate

Housing :

Option to share a 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment

No pets and no smoking allowed

Employer will pay rent
