Job Description :
As a Growth Strategy & Operations Lead at Pet Media Group you will help drive initiatives that contribute to supply growth for our growing US Marketplace.
You will dive into data sets for our sales team, identifying areas of opportunity for growth, dig into dashboards and make recommendations to help us focus on the best pathways for growth.
This role supports the Head of Operations, US with a key focus on problem solving through technical analysis and implementation.
Your technical expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, and data visualisation will be instrumental in uncovering insights that drive our business forward
Key Responsibilities :
Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, leveraging experience in business development, sales, and strategic planning to expand market share and increase revenue.
Lead projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
Analyze business operations and processes to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
Collaborate with the growth and sales teams to gather and analyze data, providing actionable insights that drive business decisions and market expansion.
Utilize data visualization tools to communicate complex data and trends to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Assist in the creation and refinement of business processes, ensuring they align with the company’s overall strategy and objectives.
Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, sales operations or a related field - ideally from a 2-sided marketplace setting.
Proven track record of success in business development or strategy, with experience in identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities to drive revenue and expand market presence.
Strong technical background with proficiency in data analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, SQL).
Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a data-driven mindset.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability.
