Job descriptionStrong work ethic Valid Driver’s License and acceptable motor vehicle report (preferred) Legally eligible to work in the United States Must be able to safely ascend and descend ladders multiple times on a daily basis. Must be able to lift, carry, push / pull up to 100 pounds on a regular basis. Must be able to bend, squat, stoop, crawl on a regular basis. The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check and will be subject to pre-employment and random drug testing. $20-$28 / hour, dependent upon experience Company-sponsored health insurance (including FREE telemedicine via Teladoc for employees, spouses, & children of employees!) CityScape Roofing is seeking commercial roofing laborers to join their growing team!
Being a team player, having a positive attitude, and safety first mentality are all important skills for this position. This position provides on the job training to aid in growth of skill.
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist foreman with job prep, loading / unloading materials, cleaning membrane, and performing basic commercial roofing repairs.
- Housekeeping and debris removal.
- Customer service oriented
- Comfortable working in the heat (greater than 100 degrees F) and the cold (less than 32 degrees F).
