• Eligibility Requirements :
• Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic or relevant manufacturing / plant engineering background.
• Degree in Engineering or related field preferred; relevant licenses required where applicable.
• Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, with strong meter skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and AB software is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor, train, and oversee a team.
• Physically capable of performing essential tasks in various plant areas and conditions.
