Overview
The Technical Residency Program is an apprenticeship program for junior technical analysts, developers, programmers and researchers. We are providing a learning opportunity for you to gain on-the-job training and experience in the field while building a strong colleague network within the organization. Technical Resident apprenticeships are 6-months long with the opportunity to be considered for conversion to a full-time employee.

- Work alongside other team members and key partners on your assigned sponsored team
- Collaborate with an assigned mentor who will help you navigate the challenges associated with being an ITG employee
- Continually grow – professionally and personally through various learning and development opportunities
