Job descriptionSell's all lines of insurance to new personal & business prospects specializing in Life & Health. Conduct needs analysis to identify the best insurance products for clients. Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients. Assist clients with claims and policy changes. Develop and maintain client relationships to foster long-term trust. Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. State insurance license for Property & Casualty along with Life / Health & Annuities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products. Sales experience, preferably in insurance. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency with insurance agency software.
