SEEKING APPLICANTS FOR

THE CITY OF MOUND Cuan ADVISORY COMMISSIONS

City of Mound is currently seeking qualified applicants to fill volunteer terms on three advisory commissions :

Planning Commission 1 open seat

3-year term; January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2029

  • Meet first Tuesday of each month @ 6 : 00pm
  • Consider matters pertaining to planning & zoning and land development

Parks and Open Spaces Commission 1 partial term seat Partial 1-year term; January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026

  • Meet second Thursday of each month @ 6 : 30pm
  • Consider matters pertaining to parks and open spaces

    • Docks and Commons Commission 2 open seats 3-year terms; January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2029

  • Meet second Thursday of each month @ 6 : 30pm, 4-5 times a year
  • Consider matters pertaining to docks and shoreline that is subject to city licensed docks in the city of Mound

    • Interested residents are encouraged to email City Manager Jesse Dickson jessedickson@cityofmound.com. Applications are due by 4 : 30 pm, Monday,

    November 24, 2025. Interviews will be held by the Mound City Council on Tuesday, December 9 @ 6pm.
