Registered Advisor Concierge

Registered Advisor Concierge Status :

• Exempt Reports to : COO of Advisor Insurance Solutions This role is responsible for delivering white-glove service by providing timely, accurate, and proactive support across the full lifecycle for all lines of business (Investment & Insurance).
• The RAC will act as a knowledgeable resource, guiding Advisors and directly working with Advisors and clients to aid them through platform registration, product education, policy acquisition, transaction processing, servicing requests, operational support and issue resolution with a focus on efficiency and relationship management.
• Registered Advisor Concierge is responsible for managing insurance case processing while also supporting advisors in a registered capacity with their broker-dealer.
• This includes serving as the liaison between advisors, carriers, and the broker-dealer, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing administrative assistance with client accounts.
• In addition to case management, this role may handle certain licensed functions such as processing variable insurance paperwork or assisting with securities-related documentation under advisor direction.
