We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Class Action Associate to join our team. As a member of our firm, you will have the opportunity to represent victims of wage theft on a class-wide basis as it relates to unpaid overtime, meal and rest breaks, unreimbursed expenses and more. You will play a pivotal role in providing legal counsel, drafting legal documents, taking / defending depositions and advocating for our clients both in and out of the courtroom. This is the perfect opportunity to get experience and exposure in state and federal plaintiffs-side class action litigation against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies in multiple industries.
Job Details
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
1+ year of experience practicing employment law, with a focus on wage and hour class action / PAGA cases.
Wage and hour class action experience is required!
