A company is looking for a Communications Governance Manager to oversee the communications process within the mortgage servicing division.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and review customer-facing communication pieces to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
Identify and propose improvements for the communication process and compliance
Engage with legal counsel and collaborate with technology partners to optimize communication strategies and compliance solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Communication, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
Five plus (5+) years of experience in mortgage servicing with a focus on compliance and communication processes
Three plus (3+) years of experience in authoring customer-facing content
Experience with the full life cycle of communication processes and project management
Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing and compliance regulations specific to customer communications
