Key Responsibilities :

Plan, perform, and complete audits for clients, with a focus on retail businesses.

Travel to client sites to assess internal controls, perform fieldwork, and ensure compliance with GAAP.

Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to clients and partners.

Provide recommendations to clients and build strong professional relationships.

Collaborate with team members to support firmwide initiatives and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

2-5 years of audit experience, ideally within public accounting.

Prior exposure to

retail industry clients

strongly preferred.

Willingness to travel

30-50%

to client sites.

Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards.

CPA or progress toward CPA a plus.

Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
