Position Details

  • Access to a full team of in-house Board eligible or Certified specialists to support your specialty needs.
  • Predominantly a PPO practice.
  • Comprehensive dental office environment.
  • Compensation Structure :

    • 31% - 33% of production based on experience.

  • Guaranteed compensation for the first 6 months.
  • Full-time dentists can expect to earn between $205,000 and $450,000.
  • Receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus!

  • Part-time schedule tailored to your availability.
  • Work one Saturday a month.

    • Position Qualifications

  • Open to new graduates!
  • Must be an accredited Dental School Graduate.
  • Current WA State Dental License (or the ability to obtain one by the time of employment).
  • Other licenses / certifications such as CPR, DEA, and NPI are required.
