Overview
Implementation Owner Sr Principal - HealthPlan - Remote. The Implementation Owner is responsible for leading and ensuring delivery of one, or more, of Prime's key strategic initiatives, translating strategic plans into meaningful implementation strategies and project plans. The role provides oversight, structure, and governance to achieve ideal business outcomes and collaborates with senior leaders, stakeholders, and other Implementation Owners to oversee work efforts, identify interdependencies, and ensure cross-initiative solutions are aligned.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year, enterprise-wide, transformative initiatives, partnering with key leaders and stakeholders and managing vendor relationships to address people, process, and technology issues to ensure successful outcomes
- Connect upstream and downstream delivery practices, define and report on quality measurements, and support continuous improvement training
- Maintain alignment and identify strategic initiative interdependencies between all related workstreams
- Create and deliver executive-level presentations articulating objectives, progress, challenges, and successes
- Drive transition, rollout, and oversight of change management activities related to implementations; ensure business stakeholders are prepared for implementation
- Establish and manage governing activities for assigned initiatives to maintain focus and manage scope, risk, dependencies, and value forecast
- Create and manage funding constructs that allocate and drive accountability for budgeting and lean operations
- Identify and manage interdependencies between strategic initiatives and operating areas to achieve intended value delivery; identify and manage macro-level risks
- Facilitate planning with dependent projects and products, aligning on program roadmap, goals, budget, and schedule
- Manage programs with complex business and technology components to meet business value and objectives; coordinate across product / portfolio / operational areas and build program teams
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required10 years of work experience in implementations, project management, business analysis, or related experience leading cross-functional effortsMust be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional Qualifications
