HCM Customer Services Representative

Job Snapshot :

  • Location : hybrid role at one of our offices in Dubuque, IA; Springfield, MA; Charlotte, NC; Phoenix, AZ; or Fremont, IN
  • Schedule : Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM

Who we are looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in a professional customer-facing business office environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of the principles and techniques of customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to clearly communicate information both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to deal diplomatically with irate individuals
  • Ability to perform routine mathematical computations and tabulations accurately and efficiently
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Located in one of the following states : NC, AZ, IA, IN, UT, MA
  • The work you'll do

    As our HCM Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the front line of client success. Each day, you'll respond to inquiries through our HCM Customer Support phone queue, identify client needs through active listening, and resolve issues efficiently. You'll document all interactions with precision, schedule follow-ups to ensure complete resolution, and escalate complex cases as needed-always maintaining our "leave no stone unturned" approach to service. You'll participate in ongoing training to strengthen your expertise, contribute ideas that improve our processes, and act as a true partner in helping clients navigate payroll and HR challenges with confidence.
