Location : Stamford, CT

Hours / Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 am to 5 pm (On site TueThur; hybrid optional Mon & Fri)

Compensation : $55-$65 / hr

Overview : The Project Management will lead and support complex, strategic HR initiatives across North America. This role focuses on executing high-impact and often confidential projects related to Total Rewards, Talent Management, HR Operations, and organizational transformation efforts, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and HR objectives.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with discretion.
• Track progress, identify and resolve issues, and provide updates to senior leadership.
• Drive process improvement in project management methodologies and tools.
• Partner with HR leaders to implement effective change management and communication strategies.
