Personal Lines Account Executive

JCW is partnered with an E&S carrier looking to add a personal lines account executive to lead their growing team. This is more than a consulting role as they are looking for an advisor for high net‑worth clients who can drive retention, manage complex risks, and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a select book of high‑net‑worth personal lines clients
• Independently market and place new / renewal business with top‑tier carriers
• Provide strategic risk and coverage guidance with a white‑glove approach
• Build lasting relationships with clients and underwriters
