MLee Healthcare is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join a dynamic Therapy team at an established hospital in Vermont.

Job Description: As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to rehabilitation and wellness. You will assess and treat patients with a wide range of conditions, providing therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, improve function, and promote overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities for a Physical Therapist:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to achieve patient goals.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.

Qualifications for a Physical Therapist:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Vermont state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Neuro is preferred.
