Our team is a diverse and nimble group that manages Apple's retail stores, workplaces, and workplace services. We develop and manage Apple's global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, including commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities, and customers in our facilities around the world. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Facilities Operations Supervisor to lead the efficient operation of our facilities, optimize operational processes, and cultivate a safe, clean, and productive environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team to deliver exceptional facilities services, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to achieve seamless operational outcomes and support business objectives.
• Develop and present compelling cases and recommendations to leadership and partners, securing consensus for strategic initiatives.
• Maintain procedures, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize facilities management systems to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and internal partners to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and service delivery.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures, prioritizing customer experience and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Establish and maintain dashboards to monitor and track SLAs, providing real-time access to operational performance and identifying areas for improvement.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $47.98 and $72.40 / hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
