Job description :

We are seeking an Ink Technician with experience in water-based ink mixing and color matching. This is a hands-on in-plant role supporting production by preparing accurate high-quality inks.

Responsibilities :

Mix weigh and prepare water-based inks according to specifications.
Perform precise color matching and press toning.
Deliver press-ready inks to production lines.
Maintain documentation including adjustments and returns.
Keep work areas clean safe and organized.
Follow all required PPE and safety procedures.

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of experience with water-based inks.

Flexographic printing color formulation and color matching experience.

Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts including days nights and weekends.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Relocation assistance is possible.
