    • Position Summary :

  • We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer with a well-rounded understanding of HVAC systems, including mini-splits, air handlers, and heat pumps.
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive reliable and efficient HVAC solutions as part of their energy systems.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including mini-splits, air handlers, and heat pumps.
  • Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the solar installation team to integrate HVAC systems into renewable energy projects when necessary.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals for proper system installation and maintenance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by explaining system operations and addressing client concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.

    • Qualifications :

  • EPA Certification (required). 2–3 years of experience in HVAC installation and service.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, including mini-splits, air handlers, and heat pumps.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Provide courteous and professional support to customers and team members.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
