Join our team at Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living as the Memory Care Manager. You will oversee the management and performance of the Memory Care neighborhood and support the incorporation of Memory Care services throughout the Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Neighborhoods. Through leadership support of residents, family members, and staff, you will be responsible for meeting the psycho / social needs of residents. In addition, you will ensure the highest quality of resident care and customer service in the Memory Care neighborhood.

How You Will Make An Impact :

Compensation : Salary range starting at $70k / year with potential to earn up to 8% annual bonus.
