As they expand their global delivery footprint, my client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to anchor U.S. product operations and help translate vision into execution for their next-generation AI platform.
The Role
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused product leadership position based in the New York / New Jersey area (hybrid model, minimum three days in office). You will coordinate roadmap execution across distributed AI and engineering teams, ensure alignment and quality, and help convert founder-level strategy into tangible product outcomes. Working closely with senior leadership and global engineering teams (US, UK, APAC), you’ll drive prioritization, execution, and release readiness for complex AI-driven products.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate strategy into execution : Convert leadership vision into quarterly plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Own roadmap delivery : Manage backlogs, sprint priorities, and release schedules across multi-timezone teams.
- Champion product quality : Collaborate with QA and Engineering to meet AI accuracy, reliability, and UX standards.
- Monitor AI performance : Partner with Evals / QA teams to track hallucination incidents and model consistency.
- Stay customer-aligned : Work with Customer Success and POC teams to integrate customer insights into product decisions.
- Drive impact with data : Use performance metrics and AI evaluation data to influence roadmap and prioritization.
- Run discovery sprints : Validate new features, integrations, and AI enhancements through structured research and testing.
- Report clearly : Provide concise, structured delivery updates and surface risks or trade-offs to leadership.

Requirements
