heart of a fast-paced fulfillment center, driving the success of
our newest digital lottery courier product, Jackpocket. You’ll
manage every aspect of the customer lottery ticket order
experience, ensuring accuracy and efficiency with each order and
redemption. Your role will shape the future of this rapidly growing
industry as you keep systems running seamlessly to positively
impact the team’s success while enhancing the lottery experience
for our customers. What you’ll do as an Operations Associate Manage
and process customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions at our
local fulfillment center, ensuring accuracy from start to finish.
Keep our systems updated with real-time customer order statuses and
tracking information. Maintain the smooth operation of printing and
scanning equipment, ensuring everything runs flawlessly. Step in to
support various operational projects as they arise, contributing to
the team’s overall success. Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule,
including weekends and holidays with a proven track record of
reliable attendance. Experience in fast-paced environments, with a
knack for technology and familiarity with common software,
including Microsoft Excel. Exceptional customer service,
communication, and time management skills. Physical ability to
stand and walk frequently and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs,
ensuring smooth operations in a fast-moving fulfillment setting.
The US hourly rate for this full-time position is 17.Individual pay
is determined by work location and additional factors, including
job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
