Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee an end-to-end ERP transformation program focused on Finance (e.g., GL, AP / AR, FP&A), HR (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Talent), and Procurement systems.

Ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency and financial performance.

Drive stakeholder engagement and communication to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new systems.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver on-time and within scope.

Mentor and develop project team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
