Learning Experience Specialist

A company is looking for a Learning Experience Specialist responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting training programs for its product suite.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver effective training sessions through various methods, including live virtual training and on-demand courses

Facilitate internal training sessions to enhance product knowledge and support professional development

Create and maintain clear support documentation, ensuring it aligns with training materials and empowers users

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Education, Communication, Instructional Design, or related field

4+ years of experience delivering client-facing and internal training programs

4+ years of experience in software or technology training

Experience developing training materials and documentation for diverse audiences

Familiarity with learning management systems, e-learning tools, and video creation / editing software
