Operations Manager - Apparel Industry (Los Angeles)

MUST BE LOS ANGELES OR ORANGE COUNTY CALIFORNIA BASED

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Management of 3PL

Full Circle- weekly reports and issues

Maintain weekly meetings with all 3PLs handling any issues

Full Circle- flat files (.832, .943, .944, .940, .945 files)

Setup new 3PL as needed + new brand / divisions as needed

Invoicing in FC

Oversight on 3PL agreements and current costing structures across entities.

ERP System & B2B

Full Circle- new company setup as needed

Full Circle Support / training for the team

Create the user flow for Full Circle between all entities.

Finalize the style code naming convention and implement across all brands / divisions.

Work with production crew to set up workflow for purchase orders + all vendors set up with in FC

Final connection of FC with all 3PLs and run ample amount of testing to insure everything is working properly.

Ongoingly spearhead the ERP system with updates and changes that need to be made.

Head up all back-end needs for Elastic.

Work with sales and production to ensure Elastic is tied to FC and 3PLs

Logistics

Management of all inbound and outbound freight

Research any inventory and order issues

Negotiate with 3PLs, freight forwarders, local freight companies to insure we have best price and service available at our scale

Review all shipping methods with Ramp and couriers to find most competitive and cost-effective ways to ship.

Planning / Inventory

Overseeing all purchasing and inventory

Forecasting needs for future product, fabric in coordination with sales and mgmt.

Working between production and factories to insure we are hitting desired ship dates.

Reporting

Create monthly reports for total outgoing orders, at once availability, orders in the system, and weekly invoicing by brand / division.
